What's included in the price?

Delivery of the bouncy castle in the Glasgow area, set up, safety briefing, pack up and collection.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Delivery is free within a radius of 5 miles. A small charge to cover fuel costs may apply outwith this boundary. See our Delivery Info for more details.

When are your bouncy castles available?

All year round - give or take a few weeks in low season for staff holidays. We don't work December 25th or New Year's Day however hires over these days can be negotiated.

How long does the hire last?

We will try to accommodate all customers at a time which best suits them however during busier periods where customers are requesting similar hire times a compromise may be necessary. Customers hiring halls etc will be given priority due to their time restrictions.

Do you take a deposit?

Deposits may be required for certain products, hires or services. You are free to cancel up until one week before the agreed hire time. If you cancel after this time we will expect full payment if delivered.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better. Demand is high for bouncy castles during the summer. If booking between May and September, we recommend contacting us 5-6 weeks in advance.

What preparations should I make before taking delivery of the bouncy castle?

We ask that you make sure we have a 3ft wide access to the site. Please ensure the area is flat, free from sharp objects and not excessively muddy. An electricity point is required within 25m. We will refuse bookings for sites that are unsuitable for bouncy castles.

How much room will I need for a bouncy castle?

The specific sizes of our bouncy castles are quoted on our info pages. Please also allow for 6ft of space at the front and a couple of feet at the rear and sides of the bouncy castle. There should be no overhanging branches within 1 metre of the top of the bouncy castle.

Are you insured?

We have full Public Liability Insurance covering accidents and injuries caused by equipment failure and improper installation.

You, the hirer, are responsible for ensuring proper adult supervision of the bouncy castles and the safety of the children using the equipment.

We are not responsible for accidents and injuries other than those directly caused by faults in our equipment or improper installation.

Are there safety instructions I should be aware of?

We have a safety checklist which you will be required to read and sign upon delivery.

How do I pay?

Payment can either be made by cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal, over the phone or by cheque.

Cheques must be received by us at least one week prior to the hire date.
